ok so everything is fine until i went to the cmd prompt part where i type “palm-generate” .. it first gives me some options and commands and then if i type it again it says the command is unknown.. is that a problem? please reply

same problem as comment below, i have no folder titled palm in my program files. idk how that happened please help yo!

uhh i tried it afew times now and not sure if it like my password it didnt say complete and then when i ran putty it said it timed out :[[[[
