Hello, thankyou for your comments. I do agree the pre would be a much better phone without the slide out keyboard! I do like the UI but they do need to attract more developers. Kindest regards
I do wish the pre came as a bar phone with no moving parts though. Somepeople like keyboards but id rather have a touch. And the pre would feel like its quality is better without a slider.
I had iphone 3g before the pre. I left at&t because to much money. UI for the pre blows iphone away in my opinion. Build quality isnt better or worse. The pre is a slider so having moving parts it feels like it. On the other hand my iphone broke 3 times! And my brothers 3gs just kept going to white screen. My pre hasnt been back yet. I should also note that your prob not on the same software version. We are running 1.3.5 on the pre in the USA now. Its faster than the 3gs but no biggie.
Thank you for the comment, I have used both the pre and the iPhone for a week side by side and the iphobe is by far the better device. Also here in the UK the pre an the iPhone have the same costs. So why would you buy the pre? It’s build quality next to the iPhone is awful and the user experiance is very much less than the iPhone. The pre by itself is good but put it next to an iPhone you will always wish you brought the iPhone!
Useless… They loaded up different adds. I guess if you need to load a web page add 1 second faster to save your life or something you should spend the extra 1200 bucks on an at&t contract for an iphone.
Nice comparison video. I seems the iPhone just can’t be beaten!
